Dinlr is priced per module per device. You subscribe to the modules you want and pay for the number of devices running each one, with additional devices charged at a reduced add-on rate. Staff accounts are not charged per user, so adding employees to the POS does not increase the subscription fee.

The smallest viable setup is a single Dinlr Waiter licence on one iPad, at S$89 per month in Singapore when billed annually. That covers order taking, payments, receipts, inventory, reporting and multi-outlet management. Self-ordering, kitchen display, online ordering and loyalty can be added later without migrating or reconfiguring the POS.

Annual billing is cheaper on every Dinlr module. On the core POS the difference is S$89 per month billed annually against S$99 per month billed monthly. Annual subscriptions are billed once for a 365-day cycle; monthly subscriptions run on a 30-day cycle and suit seasonal venues that would rather keep the flexibility.

You can cancel a Dinlr account at any time from the back office or by contacting support, and there is no multi-year lock-in. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current cycle: fees already charged for a 30-day monthly or 365-day annual cycle are not refunded on a pro-rata basis, so the timing of a cancellation is worth planning around.

Yes. You can start a Dinlr free trial online without entering a credit card. If the trial is not converted to a paid account, the account is suspended and then closed rather than being billed automatically.
